In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Raleigh; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in North Carolina are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Overall underwhelming experience. We loved the atmosphere and the service was very good. The food itself was a mixed bag. We frequent K Pot and think the quality of the meat is better there. So hot was also more expensive than K Pot somehow. We will return but for limited items next time.

We had dinner here and loved being able to do both all-you-can-eat hotpot and Korean BBQ at the exact same table. The cyberpunk neon aesthetics give the restaurant a really fun, energetic atmosphere. However the futuristic robot hosts were being charged and we didn’t see them. The food quality was excellent. We tried the premium meat cuts, the beef bulgogi and sliced angus beef were incredibly tender, and the meats for the grill were perfectly seasoned. The variety of fresh vegetables and the massive DIY dipping sauce bar allowed us to customize everything exactly to our liking. Our server Jay was very attentive, constantly checking in to refill our broths. Just a heads up: table space gets a bit crowded with both burners running, and since there are no overhead vents, your clothes will definitely leave smelling like delicious BBQ. There is plenty of parking in the attached deck!

Our experience was great. The food was amazing, and the restaurant was very lively. Our server Carlos was absolutely great with service and help. Truly a great place to go to if you're ever in Raleigh. Personal get the diamond menu. It's a little bit higher in price but it is most definitely worth it!

The food was absolutely amazing and did not disappoint! I also wanted to mention how wonderful the overall experience was. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating, which made our visit even better. I hadn’t been here in over a year, and I’m so glad I came back because the service was outstanding. A special thank you to our waitress, Mimi. She was exceptional! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and the fact that she was bilingual made everything so much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We had passed by this restaurant many times to eat at nearby facilities. We finally made a reservation for dinner on a Sun. evening. It was quite an experience, the hotpot experience! Rhea, our server, could sense our excitement, we were trying something new. She gave us all kinds of suggestions. We did not order meat, we had vegetables and fish and tofu. It was fun to cook our own dinner, with Rhea's guidance. There were so many new innovations which are not typical to American dining that it took a while to get used to this restaurant. We had a very nice time. Our waitress did miss a few points, we happened to notice purely by luck the lady at the next table roasting a marshmallow after her meal. Upon questioning, we found out that not only did they offer marshmallows and skewer sticks, but a whole s'mores kit, complete with graham crackers and pieces of chocolate.... so, American cuisine mixed in with Chinese / Korean cuisine! Prices are relatively high. They have some sort of a frequent flyer program, for repeat customers, we did not participate in that. There were lots of discounts, including for the toddler in our group. The food was hot and, generally, delicious. Some of
